Thanks guys. I'm doing ok. As well as can be expected. As a lot of you already know, she has been sick for a long time and I am glad she is no longer suffering. I miss her tremendously, but I am glad she is in a better place. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.

I've been holding of posting this, since the past few days have been hectic; but this past weekend, Angel's grandmother passed away.We're leaving Thursday night to head to Buffalo NY, where they have a family plot. I just wanted to let you guys know that we lost Andrea's mom this morning. She was a very special lady and will be greatly missed.The Funeral is set for Tuesday, 1:00, at Parker Funeral Home in Joplin. Their will also be a visitation Monday night from 7-8. Sorry to hear about your mom Knock. She will beat it. Today they took the sedation off of my mom and turned the vent off although they didn't take the tube out yet. Hopefully if she does well they will be able to take her completely off tomorrow. The doctor's say she doesn't have a lot of lung tissue left and when she comes home she will have to be on oxygen. |

Ok....I am really tired of having to use this thread...I found out just recently that my mom has breast cancer. I didn't want to really tell anyone, but since you are family I thought I would post for all to know all @ the same time. apparently it's not too bad, it's like stage 1 or something. seriously 2005=suck i HATE this year.

Just wanted to let you guys know that Andrea's Mom has had another bad asthma attack. She is in intensive care in Joplin and hooked up to a breathing machine. They have her sedated right now to keep her from fighting it.This happened once before about 1999. It took about 10 days before they could take her off of the machine. We are hoping for the same results as last time. |

I learned today that Summers mother passed away sometime yesterday. She and Mark have made the trip out to California. I haven't talked to them since the incident but apparently it was sudden and unexpected. Keep them in your thoughts and I'll post more when I find out any details. |
