I used a cyanoacrylate adhesive called "Zap-a-Gap." As it dried it would expand to fill in the crevices and cracks and provided a much stronger hold. It's generally available at most hobby stores.

Hey, when you guys buy minis that need to be assembled (the sword is too big, or a dragon or something) what do you use to glue them together? superglue? something that's really good for minis?
