cool, thx dude

Wanna hear something weird? I hadn't listened to Mr. Brightside for months, yet it was the last song I listened to at work today before I came home and saw your post. It was the Marty Casey acoustic version...I love it.

ok heres a cool way to look up songs just using google and no other program

in the search bar copy and paste this code:

intitle:"index.of" (mp3|mp4|wmv) mr.brightside -htm -html -php -asp -cf -jsp

and instead of mr.brightside you can type in the name of whatever song you want.....make sure you put periods instead of spaces between words of your search. it will then pull up dir that contain the song that you wanted.

thats all there is and it works great!

well here is what i use cause im a pirate...

download MIRC and install it....

then go to www.packetnews.com and search for whatever you want. For better results search for whole albums

then when you click on what you want it will bring up MIRC and go to the room that bot was in.

once you are in that room...paste in the text box of that room...it will have the command to send to that bot to tell it to download your stuff. There is some tweaking you can do and some programs you can download to your MIRC to make things easier but that is basicly the gist of it.

when your in packetnews...try to find a bot that has had alot of downloads from it already. more reliable

if you have any qusetions just post here or call me. Ill be happy to help

There are like 3 cds by one guy and I don't want all the songs...just a few. I kinda like the idea of paying a one time subscription or even monthly to get whatever songs I want.

If your gonna pay for music downloads why don't you just go out and buy the CD?

Anyone here ever use pay sites for music downloads? It seems like 99 cents a song is the norm, but I've also come across some sites that charge like a 1 time fee of $35 or something for unlimited downloads. I don't think these are legit...basically they charge you for a emule type program I think.

I've tried to find some good professional comparisons online for these sites but I have a bit of trouble. Help would be appreciated if you know of a good source.
