I mean, lots of things can be tied in with the ocean floor. Don't get me wrong, I want to believe, but I'm not sure that I recognize a "secret ingredient" that happens to be found on "the ocean floor" as strong evidence of Cthulhu involvement. There's only one thing.... one... that can possibly be at those great depths: A Great Old One. I mean, duh... |

I know, but it's a couple of steps above 'reaching'. So I posted it. Of all the places they could have found a secret ingredient, they find it, after a dream about a talking whale mind you, where Cthulhu happens to catch his Z's.

Maybe it's just me, but I wish they would keep as much of the movie as secret as possible. It would be kinda nice to go into a movie and not be quite sure what it is about, and have not seen all the best moments in the trailer.

its always cooler in NYC cause of all the tall buildings. Lots of things to destroy like big buildings and stuff. LA is big but smaller buildings. San Fran would be cool tho!

Not meaning to step on anyone's toes, but I wish they would pick another city besides New York. The monsters in New York has been wayyy overdone. Personally, I liked seeing the destruction of LA in Volcano. (Not a monster movie I know, but still.)Eek with the picture, maybe just the Statue of Liberty could have gotten the point across, but it reminded me of this picture, given the location of the smoke on the island. ![]() Nevertheless, if it's a monster movie, I'll see it. |

Just because I start a thread doesn't mean you can't post in it....unless you are Nilrem. This poster is 1 of 3 BTW. I'd love to get my hands on them, but maybe I should wait till we figure out what this movie is. For all we know it's a remake of Attack of the 50 Foot Woman.

So I thought I would follow this movie. It's got some crazy stuff showing up online.JJ Abrams have debunked EthanHaaswasright.com and ethanhaaswaswrong.blogspot.com www.1-18-08.com Let's start with the whois on this site. Registered to: In Hoc Signo Vinces 101 Callahan Drive Alexandria, VA 22301 US Administrator : Albert Pike In Hoc Signo Vinces Wiki says that this is Latin for "In this sign, you will conquer." Constantine I adopted the saying based on a vision he had before the Battle of Milvian Bridge. This battle was the beginning of the end of Christian persecution within Rome. Anyway, the vision he saw was Chi Rho (greek for Christ) and below it the phrase. If you scroll down towards the bottom, Wiki says that the phrase is also used by the Freemasons. Specifically the Knights Templar order. This is important. 101 Callahan Drive, Alexandria Va 22301 Click the link. See anything familiar? You should. This address is of the George Washington Masonic National Memorial. Albert Pike Pike actually had a history here in Arkansas. He lived in Fort Smith for years until he joined the Mexican-American War. He was an important figure as a Freemason. Actually he is responsible for the success of the Scottish Rite in the US. |
